Brand is comprised of two parts… the actual product… and the perceived image. Both barrels of that marketing shotgun need to match… to have the same power – the same caliber. A great product or service deserves the very best in public image and customer loyalty. A brand is more than a logo… although the mark is at the root of that brand. Some customers might wear your promotional t-shirt because your logo is cool. What you want, is for that customer to wear that shirt because the logo is cool… and they are proud to be associated with what your product represents culturally and in quality.
